What is COBie in BIM?
COBie (Construction Operations Building Information Exchange) is an information specification used to manage and exchange information about building assets from the design and construction teams to the facility management teams. The information specification manages information about the spaces, equipment, products, systems and maintenance requirements, which are important in transitioning from project delivery to building operations.
